Manager, US Field Inventory Quality

Job Summary

Managing quality and compliance programs for loaner and field inventory activities, the fully remote Manager, US Field Inventory Commercial Quality will oversee operations, ensure regulatory adherence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Inter-Company Quality Agreements and Quality Agreements, managing audits, inspections, and quality events
• Oversee processes related to cGMPs, quality investigations, and serve as the primary contact for distribution quality matters
• Support leadership activities by creating and revising procedures, evaluating compliance risks, and managing employee development

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in a highly matrixed organization
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
• Demonstrated ability to manage critical audits and lead individuals through change
• Strong project management experience and excellent collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
