Manager, UX Research

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Manager, UX Research, this full-time position will lead the design and execution of research studies, analyze data for actionable insights, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients on user experience and behavioral science principles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of generative and evaluative UX research studies, including moderating qualitative interviews and usability sessions
• Analyze data and synthesize insights into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Create internal tools and frameworks that promote best practices in behavioral science and UX research

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral economics, neuroscience, HCI, design research, or related field; advanced degrees a plus
• 5 - 7+ years of experience in behavioral science, UX research, consumer insights, or innovation consulting
• Strong foundation in behavioral biases and qualitative and quantitative UX research methods
• Experience working with cross-functional design and product teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
