Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager Virtual HVAC Technical Expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and evaluate a network of Virtual Technical Experts for remote appliance consultation
- Provide technical support and triage using augmented reality technology
- Enhance technical knowledge and provide cost-efficient solutions to customers
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, trade-specific licensure preferred
- 5+ years of recent trade-specific experience required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a General Contractor License (GCL)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high-speed internet connection
- Active general contractor license or relevant trade experience preferred
