Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Workforce Management to lead workforce strategy and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast call volume and manage staff scheduling based on analysis of historical and anticipated demand
  • Develop and execute a long-term workforce management strategy, including system/tool development and team resourcing
  • Monitor real-time contact volume and staffing requirements, reporting on core performance indicators to senior management

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Leadership, or related field, or a minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in resource/workforce management and operations in a sales delivery environment
  • 3+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Experience in healthcare staffing and scheduling is required
