Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to lead an Oracle NetSuite Accounts Payable implementation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the Oracle NetSuite Accounts Payable module, including configuration and user training
• Analyze and migrate existing AP workflows and data from a legacy system to NetSuite
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing Oracle NetSuite, particularly in the Accounts Payable module
• Proven managerial accounting expertise, especially in AP and related financial operations
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and lead change during system rollouts
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results within timelines
• Familiarity with retail accounting practices and requirements
