Managing Consultant

Job Summary

Recognized as an advanced individual contributor, the full-time remote Managing Consultant will lead client engagements, providing operational and project-based consulting services while mentoring less experienced team members.

Key responsibilities

• Leading client engagements by delivering effective consulting services and managing client communications
• Mentoring junior team members and leveraging specialized skills as a thought leader within the team
• Supporting sales and business development efforts by identifying engagement expansion opportunities and developing relevant materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, IT, or computer science, or equivalent certification/experience
• Typically 6+ years of experience in healthcare or healthcare IT, particularly in consulting or professional services
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix-management model
• Recognized as a subject matter expert in the relevant field or focus area
• Proven experience in mentoring less experienced team members
