Job Summary
To lead and support projects focused on early childhood and human services programs, the full-time Managing Consultant, Early Childhood Programs will manage teams, develop solutions to client challenges, and oversee federal initiatives, with the flexibility of remote work.
Key responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with clients to identify needs and develop program improvement strategies
- Leads multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor federal and state early childhood policies and programs
- Aggregates and analyzes data to assess program performance and develop actionable recommendations for clients
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in early childhood education, human services, public administration, or a related field
- At least 6 years of professional experience related to early childhood programs, preferably with Head Start/Early Head Start
- Experience in federal discretionary grants management and regulatory compliance monitoring
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project lifecycles effectively
- Experience using data management software and tools for program monitoring and performance measurement
