Managing Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Counsel to contribute to its growth in global distributed working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing advice and counsel to support Sales, Finance, and other internal teams regarding commercial contracts and legal issues
• Managing a team of attorneys and legal specialists
• Reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate or other qualified lawyer with at least 7 years experience as a practicing attorney
• Experience in corporate advisory and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience managing commercial disputes and litigation
• 2-3 years of managing people
• Proficient in Google Suite of products
