Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for complex data center power and energy transactions
• Collaborate with Oracle executives to complete agreements with data center providers
• Define policies, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience in technology, telecommunications, or data center operations
• Experience advising on legal and regulatory issues related to data centers and cloud infrastructure
• Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for data center operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Admission to practice law in the United States
