Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technology/software business
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or a relevant field; MBA is a strong asset
• Experience in business operations with a customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset
• Financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
