Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Director - Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Access Management consulting practice
• Build, lead, and scale a global team of IAM professionals and technical experts
• Drive the development of service offerings and go-to-market strategies in leading IAM platforms

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Identity and Access Management consulting
• Proven experience building and scaling a consulting or professional services practice globally
• Deep understanding of IAM domains such as SSO, MFA, and access governance
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
