Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Director, Accounting Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the accounting shared services, transforming it into a future-proof and scalable model
• Lead a team of approximately 15 accounting professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance
• Oversee the financial performance of the accounting shared services and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred
• Proven experience establishing and running a shared accounting function
• 10+ years of experience leading and motivating teams in accounting
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices with a focus on small businesses
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling a team and service offerings
