Managing Director Business Development

Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight and direction, the remote Managing Director Business Development will lead the team in achieving financial goals, sourcing new business transactions, and executing a comprehensive business development plan.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving or exceeding financial performance goals established by the annual plan
• Source and close new business transactions aligned with the credit philosophy
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan prioritizing key referral sources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in relevant fields, or High School Diploma/GED and 14 years of experience
• 10 years of business development experience within non-bank Asset Based Lending in the Middle Market
• Experience in Portfolio & Asset Management, Syndications & Capital Markets, or Commercial Finance
