A company is looking for a Managing Director, Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) at Health Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex consulting engagements for health systems, ensuring quality execution and profitability
• Enhance service offerings by developing innovative solutions to operational and logistical challenges in the CGT space
• Oversee financial performance of the CGT consulting portfolio, tracking metrics and identifying improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MS, PharmD, RN) preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in health system consulting or healthcare operations, with 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in managing large-scale consulting engagements and financial performance
• Experience in the cell and gene therapy ecosystem is strongly preferred
• Expertise in financial modeling, payer contracting, and revenue cycle management for complex therapies
