Job Summary

Driving strategic client engagements, the full-time salaried Managing Director, Compliance Advisory will lead the firm's compliance practice focused on KYC, sanctions, AML, and fraud risk management while managing relationships with senior stakeholders in the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Compliance Advisory practice, focusing on KYC, sanctions, AML, and fraud risk management
• Originate and deliver large-scale transformation and advisory programs for financial institutions
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships while driving business development and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred
• 15+ years of experience in consulting or financial services with a focus on financial crime compliance
• Deep expertise in KYC, sanctions, AML, and fraud, including regulatory expectations and operating models
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs in highly regulated environments
• Established professional network within financial services with the ability to engage senior executives
