• Leads business development efforts, managing client relationships and project delivery
• Develops and executes various projects, including strategic plans and research presentations

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health policy, public health, or a related field with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or an undergraduate degree with 12+ years of experience
• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience with strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience in consulting, particularly in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Solid writing and storytelling skills for professional business communication
