Job Summary
Leading the benefits function for approximately 30,000 team members across 19 countries, the remote Managing Director, Global Benefits & Well-being will develop and implement a competitive benefits strategy, oversee the US benefits budget, and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Define and champion a global well-being vision and multi-year strategy for benefit programs
- Own the US benefits budget, ensuring compliance and governance across all regions
- Drive benefits technology strategy to enhance delivery and team member experience
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in global employee benefits management within a multinational organization
- Deep expertise in designing and managing benefits programs across multiple geographies
- Proven track record of building and leading global teams
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in budget ownership and cost modeling
