Job Summary

Leading the benefits function for approximately 30,000 team members across 19 countries, the remote Managing Director, Global Benefits & Well-being will develop and implement a competitive benefits strategy, oversee the US benefits budget, and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and champion a global well-being vision and multi-year strategy for benefit programs
  • Own the US benefits budget, ensuring compliance and governance across all regions
  • Drive benefits technology strategy to enhance delivery and team member experience
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in global employee benefits management within a multinational organization
  • Deep expertise in designing and managing benefits programs across multiple geographies
  • Proven track record of building and leading global teams
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in budget ownership and cost modeling
