Managing Director, Medical Affairs

Job Summary

To support the growth of strategy consulting services in Medical Affairs, the full-time Managing Director, Medical Affairs will serve as a trusted advisor, lead project delivery, and drive business development while working remotely in the United States, Canada, or the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements by understanding their needs and translating them into tailored service offerings
• Oversee the design and implementation of innovative solutions to ensure client success and satisfaction
• Generate thought leadership and secure a $3 million annual book of business through effective sales strategies and contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a business-related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy specifically for Life Sciences
• Proven track record of sourcing and growing consulting revenues exceeding $3 million in the last 2-3 years
• Demonstrated expertise in Medical Affairs and strategic advisory roles
• Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
