Job Summary

To support the growth of strategy consulting services in Medical Affairs, the full-time Managing Director, Medical Affairs Consulting will act as a trusted advisor, lead client engagements, and drive business development remotely from the US, Canada, or the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements by understanding their needs and translating them into tailored service offerings
• Oversee the design and implementation of innovative solutions to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Generate thought leadership and secure a $3 million annual book of business through effective sales strategies and contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business; advanced degree or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy for the life sciences sector
• Proven track record of sourcing and delivering consulting revenues exceeding $3 million in the last 2-3 years
• Demonstrated expertise in Medical Affairs and strategic planning
• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills
