Job Summary

Driving sustainable growth and sales performance, the full-time Managing Director, North America will lead operations across Canada and the U.S. for Ria Money Transfer, managing a multi-channel distribution strategy that includes digital platforms and retail networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to the regulatory and competitive landscapes of Canada and the U.S., focusing on sales and customer acquisition
• Oversee and expand digital channels and brick-and-mortar networks, establishing strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations while managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for profitability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in financial services, particularly in remittances or fintech
• Proven track record of managing multi-channel operations and driving growth across multiple markets
• Strong understanding of digital financial services and regulatory frameworks in Canada and the U.S
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
