Job Summary

Leading the unification of the Budget and Resource Management Team, the full-time salaried Managing Director of Awards Management will oversee budgeting and compliance for government and private grants while managing a team of eleven in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead award management processes from procurement to closeout, ensuring compliance and effective financial management
  • Develop and standardize policies and procedures for award management while providing training and guidance to internal teams
  • Collaborate on proposal development, including cost analysis and negotiation of funded awards
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of twelve years of related experience, including five years in federal contracts management
  • Experience managing and developing teams of at least three staff members
  • Proven expertise in non-profit awards management and financial compliance
  • Experience in designing and developing training programs on non-profit financial management
