Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the Community of Practice, ensuring alignment with the CITEL vision and high-quality learning experiences
• Engage with pilot teams to identify insights and develop practical resources that enhance instructional practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pilot teams and district leaders, fostering a culture of shared accountability and commitment

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) and curriculum-based professional learning
• Proven experience in designing and facilitating adult learning experiences
• Strong ability to translate high-level visions into actionable work plans
• Track record of achieving goals in collaborative environments within educational settings
• Expertise in creating professional learning tools and resources
