Managing Director of Complex Securities

Job Summary

To lead and expand the Complex Securities Valuation practice, the full-time Managing Director of Complex Securities will serve as a senior technical advisor on complex financial instruments, manage client relationships, and drive business development in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the executive engagement leader and senior technical advisor on complex securities valuation engagements
• Advise senior stakeholders on valuation matters related to financial instruments and equity-based arrangements
• Lead engagement scoping, methodology selection, staffing, execution, and final client delivery

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in valuation, financial advisory, or investment banking involving complex financial instruments
• Significant experience leading complex securities valuation engagements with executive-level stakeholders
• Experience applying advanced valuation techniques such as option pricing models and Monte Carlo simulations
• Proven track record in generating new business and expanding client relationships
• Experience mentoring and developing senior professionals in a consulting environment
