Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Education Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT management, data oversight, or technology leadership, preferably in an educational or nonprofit context
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Canvas, and education enrollment management systems
• Experience working with public school districts or educational institutions and knowledge of student data privacy requirements
• Proven track record of managing IT or data teams and cross-functional collaborations
