Job Summary

Leading the development efforts in a hybrid work environment, the full-time salaried Managing Director of Development will oversee fundraising, marketing, and communications strategies to ensure financial sustainability while managing a high-performing team to achieve annual fundraising goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, including major gifts, corporate partnerships, and grant writing
• Strengthen relationships with existing supporters and identify new funding opportunities
• Engage the Board of Directors in fundraising efforts and contribute to organizational strategy
