Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Director, Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fundraising efforts to raise $6M annually through various revenue programs
• Lead multi-territory fundraising strategy and manage annual budgets to achieve KPIs
• Provide leadership and coaching to development staff while ensuring collaboration across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (8-10 years of relevant fundraising leadership)
• 7+ years of fundraising experience with at least 3 years in supervisory roles
• Proven success in managing multi-market or enterprise-level fundraising portfolios
• Advanced skills in CRM, analytics, and financial management
• Experience in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
