Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Director, Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and consultation to leaders on workplace issues and conflict resolution
  • Analyze data related to employee relations matters to enhance staff experience
  • Manage compliance tracking and updates for HR policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of related Human Resources experience, preferably in Employee Relations
  • Expertise in managing complex employee relations matters, including investigations
  • Certification in conflict management or workplace investigations is preferred
  • Experience in utilizing HRIS systems and analyzing data for strategic recommendations
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
