Job Summary
A company is looking for a Managing Director, Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and consultation to leaders on workplace issues and conflict resolution
- Analyze data related to employee relations matters to enhance staff experience
- Manage compliance tracking and updates for HR policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of related Human Resources experience, preferably in Employee Relations
- Expertise in managing complex employee relations matters, including investigations
- Certification in conflict management or workplace investigations is preferred
- Experience in utilizing HRIS systems and analyzing data for strategic recommendations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
