• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across fundraising channels

Required Qualifications:

• Significant leadership experience in grassroots fundraising and budget management
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and develop supportive systems
• Experience with donor experience in multi-channel fundraising programs
• Commitment to anti-oppression frameworks and diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Strong project management and strategic planning skills
