Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in portfolio management as a fundraiser or grant manager
• Evidence of creating scalable systems or processes for fundraisers
• Strong project management skills and ability to navigate complex systems
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and learning
• Familiarity with AI is a bonus
