Key Responsibilities

• Lead and define the operational governance and model for Investment Management Operations
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration with various teams to enhance investment operations and drive continuous improvement
• Manage client onboarding, staff development, and maintain strategic relationships with external partners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investment management operations leadership
• Proven management experience with operational teams for over 10 years
• Deep understanding of data governance, operational risk, and trade lifecycle
• Experience with IBOR and ABOR platforms
• Bachelor's degree is required
