Managing Director of Operations

Job Summary

To lead customer-focused service operations impacting member experience and provider relationships, the full-time remote Managing Director of Operations will establish the enterprise operational strategy, oversee senior operational leaders, and drive measurable outcomes through AI-enabled workflows and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes the operational strategy and governance model for customer-oriented commercial operations
• Provides executive oversight to ensure consistent performance management and accountability across operations
• Leads the embedding of AI, automation, and advanced analytics into operational workflows and service delivery models

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Ten (10) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a healthcare-related or similarly regulated field
• Experience overseeing large, multi-layered operational organizations
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise operational transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled improvements
• High-level strategic, financial, and analytical acumen for guiding operational decision-making
