Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Director of Professional Services Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the vision, strategy, and delivery model for professional services across the Americas region
• Lead the implementation of standardized professional services processes to ensure operational excellence
• Build and lead a high-performing professional services organization, focusing on talent development and succession planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field required
• Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is strongly preferred
• More than five years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services or regulated consulting environments
• Proven experience leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
