Job Summary

Leading new business development strategy for the Commercial and Employee Benefits segments, the full-time Managing Director of Sales will ensure the achievement of regional objectives while recruiting and onboarding Advisors and Sales Leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Meet segment and regional new business objectives through strategic planning and execution
  • Build and sustain a high-performance culture by recruiting, developing, and retaining a motivated team of Advisors and Business Development Leaders
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and drive innovative sales techniques to enhance client experience
Required qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience in sales leadership and 10 years in direct or outside sales
  • 5 years of commercial insurance experience
  • Proven track record in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Ability to consult on complex benefits strategies and solutions
  • Familiarity with Agency Management Systems and CRM-related software
