Managing Director of Value Creation

Job Summary

To support the growth of a Value Creation practice, the full-time Managing Director of Value Creation will lead initiatives for private equity clients, develop operational improvement frameworks, and engage with executive leadership to drive measurable business outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead value creation initiatives across private equity clients and portfolio companies
• Develop value creation playbooks and operational improvement frameworks
• Identify and prioritize EBITDA enhancement opportunities across various functions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Six plus years of experience in management consulting, value creation, or related fields
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
• Strong financial and analytical acumen
