Job Summary

To support an agile and effective workforce, the full-time Managing Director, People Partner will provide strategic guidance and partnership to leaders on talent management, team effectiveness, and employee experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to enhance team effectiveness and address talent needs through strategic guidance and coaching
  • Provide consultation on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design to support managers and resolve workplace challenges
  • Contribute insights to strengthen talent programs and initiatives while analyzing data to inform decision-making within assigned portfolios
Required qualifications
  • 7-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in Business Partnering or Organizational Development
  • Experience in partnering with leaders to address talent and organizational challenges
  • Knowledge across core HR disciplines, including employee relations and performance management
  • Strong judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Commitment to the organization's mission and values, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
