Job Summary
To support an agile and effective workforce, the full-time Managing Director, People Partner will provide strategic guidance and partnership to leaders on talent management, team effectiveness, and employee experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to enhance team effectiveness and address talent needs through strategic guidance and coaching
- Provide consultation on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design to support managers and resolve workplace challenges
- Contribute insights to strengthen talent programs and initiatives while analyzing data to inform decision-making within assigned portfolios
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in Business Partnering or Organizational Development
- Experience in partnering with leaders to address talent and organizational challenges
- Knowledge across core HR disciplines, including employee relations and performance management
- Strong judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
