Job Summary
To support the growth of the firm's Margin Improvement & Performance Excellence platform, the fully remote Managing Director, Performance Excellence will establish and lead client engagements focused on operational transformation and financial performance improvement within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Help establish and expand VMG Health's Margin Improvement & Performance Excellence offering across healthcare organizations
- Lead client engagements focused on operational transformation, margin improvement, and organizational performance
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, developing actionable strategies for growth and sustainability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Eight (8)+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or related leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in leading margin improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Experience working with hospitals, health systems, and physician groups
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and generate new business opportunities
