Managing Director, Resilience Advisory

Job Summary

To support a growing resilience advisory practice, the full-time Managing Director, Resilience Advisory will build and oversee a repeatable delivery model for a recurring resilience service, focusing on service definitions, delivery economics, and team leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized delivery operating system, including service definitions, playbooks, and onboarding processes
• Establish and maintain the capacity and cost-to-deliver model, ensuring clarity in delivery economics and pricing decisions
• Recruit and lead a team of proactive advisors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 7-12+ years in managed services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing a delivery organization
• Proven experience in building a service from inception to a repeatable and documented model
• Strong understanding of delivery economics and cost modeling in a managed services environment
• Client-facing advisory experience with the ability to coach and lead discussions effectively
• Experience in a hybrid delivery model, integrating technology platforms with human resources
