Managing Director, SEO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Director, SEO to drive the expansion of their SEO and AI Visibility efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the P&L and grow revenue across the NAMER SEO practice
• Align the organization around a single vision for delivering AI SEO visibility and organic traffic
• Senior sponsorship of major SEO client relationships and develop strategies for client engagement

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of SEO experience, including leading teams and executing strategies for enterprise clients
• Strong understanding of AI's impact on SEO and the necessary adaptations for brands
• Proven track record in hiring, developing, and growing successful teams
• Experience in independent agency settings is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective processes and culture
