Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

To drive organizational transformation and strategic initiative execution, the full-time Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives will lead the Enterprise Transformation Office and Program Management Office remotely, ensuring alignment of enterprise initiatives with organizational priorities while managing governance processes and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Transformation Office and Program Management Office, establishing governance processes and methodologies for strategic initiatives
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage dependencies to support the execution of approved strategic priorities
• Coordinate executive governance processes and ensure transparent communication of initiative status and organizational risks to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, strategic initiative execution, or PMO leadership
• Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise-scale implementations and organizational transformations
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and governance processes
• Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred
