Job Summary
Leading the total rewards portfolio, the full-time salaried Managing Director, Total Rewards will design and implement compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies that attract and retain exceptional talent while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and operationalize total rewards strategy, translating enterprise priorities into actionable programs and practices
- Oversee compensation strategy and systems, managing the design and administration of compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
- Direct benefits strategy and external partnerships, ensuring offerings are competitive, sustainable, and responsive to staff needs
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or related functions, including leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in designing and administering compensation and benefits programs in complex organizational environments
- Strong knowledge of total rewards strategy, including compensation philosophy and benefits regulations
- Experience collaborating with Finance, HR, and senior leaders to align rewards strategy with organizational priorities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
