Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Editor to support the strategic growth and development of its editorial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content quality and editorial consistency across multiple markets
• Provide leadership and coaching to City Editors, including performance reviews and improvement plans
• Develop and implement editorial strategies and content initiatives to drive engagement and subscriber growth

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of editorial experience, with some management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of digital media and content creation
• Ability to innovate and explore new content formats
• Familiarity with analytics, social media, and content management systems
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
