A company is looking for a Managing Editor.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing content end-to-end, managing revisions, and delivering to clients
• Executing editorial strategy through ideation support and contributor management
• Supporting team-wide initiatives and client communications as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or related field
• 6-8 years of editing experience and at least one year working directly with writers
• 3 years of content strategy and editorial strategy experience
• Experience managing freelancers or external content production roles
• Expert knowledge of The Chicago Manual of Style and the Associated Press Stylebook
