Managing Engineer Cyber Operations

Job Summary

To support the Cyber Platform Engineering organization, the fully remote Managing Engineer Cyber Operations will lead the design, delivery, and operation of secure and scalable engineering capabilities that enhance cyber operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and operation of production-grade engineering capabilities for cyber operations
• Build reliable, secure, and observable services, tools, platforms, or data pipelines aligned to engineering standards
• Own service and platform lifecycle expectations, ensuring reliability, operational readiness, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, data engineering, or distributed systems delivery
• At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams or technical delivery in product-based environments
• Experience operating production systems with a focus on reliability, observability, security, and maintainability
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, automation, and cloud-native engineering practices
• Experience building reusable services or platforms that support multiple teams or operational use cases
