Managing Engineer - Fusion GRC

Job Summary

Leading the engineering strategy and implementation for the enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, the fully remote Managing Engineer - Fusion GRC will oversee a team responsible for enhancing and operationalizing Fusion GRC capabilities across various business functions while driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and operational support of the Fusion GRC platform
• Define and execute the platform strategy, architecture roadmap, and modernization initiatives
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while establishing best practices and development methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience leading a full-scale Fusion GRC implementation
• Advanced expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with experience in enterprise application architecture
• Experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD implementation
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills, along with enterprise API architecture experience
