Managing Engineer - Risk Insights

Job Summary

Leading a team in a fully remote capacity, the Managing Engineer - Risk Insights will manage the delivery of data products, set technical direction for data processes, and ensure operational outcomes related to data quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering data products, ETLs, Python automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions
• Set technical direction across data ingestion, transformation, automation, and visualization
• Own operational outcomes including data quality, reliability, performance, and dashboard availability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with hands-on Python and data product delivery
• 2+ years leading engineers with technical oversight (architecture, code reviews, delivery coaching)
• Experience building and operating scalable data pipelines, ETLs, and analytical/reporting systems
• Strong experience with data modeling, APIs, backend integrations, and data quality practices
• Knowledge of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, observability, automation)
