Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on immigration matters and developing tailored strategies
- Set legal strategy, conduct case reviews for various visa matters, and ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standards in casework
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of immigration experience with a deep understanding of immigration law
- Proven track record of managing a high volume of immigration cases
- Strong client-centric vision and a passion for exceptional client service
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive collective achievements
- Proficiency in leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance client experience
