Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal point of contact for clients, providing expert immigration guidance and developing tailored strategies
- Set legal strategy and conduct case reviews for non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences and contribute to the development of best practices
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of immigration experience with a strong understanding of immigration law
- Proven track record of managing a high volume of immigration cases
- Experience with non-immigrant and immigrant visa case types
- Ability to leverage technology to improve processes and client communication
- Strong collaborative skills for cross-functional teamwork
