Managing Librarian for Liaison Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Librarian for Liaison Services II/III.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise liaison librarians and guide their professional growth
• Build and maintain relationships with constituents while managing subject collections
• Lead and manage general research support services in collaboration with the Director of RSSE

Required Qualifications

• MLS or equivalent degree from an ALA-accredited institution or an advanced degree in a relevant discipline
• 3+ years of professional experience in research support and information literacy instruction
• In-depth knowledge of research needs and information sources in assigned disciplines
• Demonstrated familiarity with general research services models in academic libraries
• Ability to work with various software applications relevant to library operations
