Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful deployment of the Workday solution and drive customer adoption
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer value and support upselling of services
• Maintain executive relationships and guide project teams to resolve deployment issues

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in deploying Cloud SaaS ERP solutions at a project and program manager level
• 2+ years of direct experience with cloud-native HR or Finance software as an implementation leader
• 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining C-level relationships
• Experience within the Diversified Industries customer base
• Proven ability to develop effective account strategies focused on client relationships and revenue growth
