Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years' experience delivering secure, scalable technology solutions
• A minimum of 3 years hands-on coding experience in production environments (Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript)
• A minimum of 1 year experience mentoring early-career software engineers
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including paired programming and test-driven development
• Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for distributed applications
